How does the largest non-nuclear bomb thrown by U.S. in Afghanistan affects on human health

The United States dropped the most powerful non-nuclear bomb (a “GBU-43/B”) ever used in combat — for the first time Thursday in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan.

The bomb was used to target a system of tunnels and caves that ISIS fighters used to move around freely.

Called as the Mother of All Bombs (MOAB), it weights 21,600 pounds and has an explosive yield equal to 11 tons of TNT.
Whether this MOAB (Mather of all bombs) has health effects on innocent Afghan people?
We don’t know but for thous in tunnel has fatal end.

Vaporized bodies, crushed internal organs and suffocated to death… while anyone who survives is left psychologically scarred for life.
