In order to have a healthy functioning body, you have to establish and maintain a balance between the minerals 

and vitamins in your body.

One of the main sources of minerals and vitamins are vegetables and fruits. They have a great importance in 

helping the body to finish some of its necessary functions, and are usually found in a multivitamin.

The most important thing is to recognize the signs of nutritional deficiency. You can consume individual vitamin, a 



multivitamin or mineral but only with advice or permission by nutritionist.

 Do not take them on your own because it could cause an imbalance or even overdose.
