Varicose veins are dark purple or blue in color that appear near the calves, thighs, or ankles.   • Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt);
  • 2 buckets deep enough to soak your legs and knees.
How to do it: fill the bucket with hot water and the other with cold water. The temperature should be right for the body so it won’t burn the legs. Add 8 tbsp. of Epsom salt in the water. Soak the legs in the hot water for 3 minutes, and then in the cold water for 30 seconds. Repeat this process 3 times and end with the cold water. Preform the process on daily basis, once a day. In just 1month you will see positive results.



NOTE: in case you have diabetes, use warm instead of hot water.
