TMZ also allege that Kim's security team will give police a rundown on his bum rush and kiss.

But it doesn't stop there.

The queen of reality TV also wants to get a restraining order, considering this is now the second time he has gone after her.

Kim reportedly considers Vitalii to be a constant threat to herself and others, and she won't stop until he pays the price.

Back in 2014, Kim was tackled and knocked to the ground at a fashion show in Paris, where a man also tried to pull her to the ground.

A rep for Sediuk later explained that he took credit for lunging at the reality TV star.

But it's not just Kim who the Ukranian prankster likes to scare.

It turns out Vitalii is also the man who manhandled Gigi Hadid recently in Milan, and the incident was also caught on video.

Zayn Malik's girlfriend was leaving Max Mara's fashion show last week when the prankster grabbed her from behind and lifted her off the ground.
