The women period is the toughest period in the month. 

At this certain period, she is feeling dirty no matter how many times she has showered.

1. PH balance- this is the period where the pH balance is raising and in the blood isn’t enough acids. The lack of acid in the blood is causing the perfect environment for bacteria.
