An effective remedy for sinusitis
Sinusitis is a disease caused by an inflammation of the sinus mucous. The reasons may be differ but the most common reasons are autoimmune diseases, bacterial, fungal or viral infections. Inflammation of the sinuses are generally treated with antibiotics, but they are detrimental for our health, and if you frequently use them, the body becomes resistant and no effects of drinking them.
Ingredients:
- 1 small cup of honey;
- 1 small cup lemon juice;
- 5 to 7 heads sprouts;
- 1 small onion;
- 6 cloves garlic.
Preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables and peel garlic and onion than cut them into quarters.
2. Place in a blender together and mixed well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Adults take 2 tablespoons a day (or more if necessary);

Garlic has excellent antibacterial properties so effectively alleviate inflammation of the sinuses caused by bacterial or fungal infection. - Nettle
Nettle relieves symptoms of inflammation of the sinuses, including irritation of the eyes and nose. If this plant is used as a tea or tincture, stimulates work of the immune system that will more efficiently solve sinus infection.
