1. Young men who drink a lot
Despite the extreme consumption of alcohol, they are above average level according to physical activity, and according to their health and general happiness.
2. The middle-aged people who are unhappy or anxious
This group includes more women than men. They often suffer from insomnia, anxiety and depression. Even though, this group consumes small amount of alcohol, they have poorly developed responsibility for nurturing their physical appearance and mental health.
3. Older people that are happy, but live with some kind of health problem
They frequently suffer from chronic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis), but do not suffer from depression and anxiety. After all they live happily and are satisfied with their life.
4. Young healthy women
They have no health problems related to their obesity. They are among the happiest group and are relatively healthy. They rarely have insomnia, anxiety or depression and have a pretty good quality of life. They often exercise in order to control their weight.
5. Older, but healthy people
Almost everyone in this group has high blood pressure, but few other problems related to the health. Their mental health is also good and they are happy in life. They drink, but not as the young guys.
6. People with a very bad health
This group includes people with the greatest health and mental problems. They can suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, breathing problems and arthritis. They also suffer from pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression and insomnia more than other groups. Their quality of life and satisfaction from it, is at a very low level.
